Chanda was off from work today, so as usual, we packed a lot in. First, our swamp cooler has not been keeping up with the heat very well, so I went up on the roof to take a look. I took a picture to prove I was up there. (I'm usually not afraid of heights, but our roof is just steep enough to make me feel nervous.) Everything looked fine, but we may replace the filter material to be on the safe side. Whoever said global warming isn't happening is on dope.
Then, our new sofa arrived. We have been looking for a good sofa since we got married so we could get rid of Chanda's old futon. We finally found one at Design Within Reach. So, we had to scurry around to take out the old one and make room for the new. Then, Chanda took Collin to the Children's Museum and hit the grocery store on the way home. And right now, she's off mountain biking with her friend Jenny, and I just finished putting Collin down for the night and working on our drip watering system so our vegetables don't die. Never a dull moment!
