We broke down and hired someone to re-landscape our front slope. I kept thinking I would do it myself, but it has become obvious over the last year that I wouldn't have time. Also, we wanted some large rocks for retaining the slope, and I wouldn't have been able to move them myself.
We hired a company called Bluestem to do the work (www.bluestemcolorado.com) and they did a great job, and worked very fast. I'm very happy with the way it turned out. I liked the old "wild" look, but it was starting to get out of control. Hopefully, I'll be able to do some work on the rest of the front this year and have it all looking really nice.
Oh, and Collin really likes splashing in the water that collects in a hollow of that large rock.
